Pongal was celebrated traditionally with rangoli, Uri Adi competitions, and the Pongal-making ceremony accompanied by pooja offerings to the Sun. Students presented a visual treat in the form of cultural dances, songs, skits, and speeches, while the teachers ’ Kummi dance stood out as a special highlight of the celebration.
