India ’ s 77th Republic Day was marked by the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, Col. Girija Sankar Sahu, Joint Controller, Ministry of Defence. In his address, he highlighted the role of values in shaping the character of the youth. The celebration also included a vibrant cultural programme showcasing India ’ s unity in diversity.
