The programme featured a special address by Chief Guest Dr. S. Roslin Kalaimathi, who emphasized the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being. In preparation for the event, the Physical Education teachers conducted regular yoga practice sessions for students for a month, guiding them in various asanas, breathing techniques, and maintaining proper posture. Students enthusiastically participated in these practice sessions and actively took part in the mass yoga demonstration. Competitions on different yogasanas such as animal poses, counter poses, and pair yoga were conducted for various levels. The celebration successfully promoted fitness, discipline, concentration, and a healthy lifestyle among the students while encouraging them to make yoga a part of their daily routine.
