The teachers’ training session on  “ Effective Classroom Management“ held on 16th September 2025 began with a fun-filled warm-up game to set an energetic tone for the day. The resource person, Mrs.Kameshwarya, explained the concept of transformation in teaching, emphasizing innovative strategies to make classroom learning more engaging and effective. Various tools and techniques were introduced to enhance classroom engagement. Teachers actively participated in activities such as Action Steps, the Five Classroom Rules, Mirror Words, Scoreboard Games, Switch, and Hands and Eyes Games. These activities helped demonstrate practical ways to foster student participation and maintain classroom discipline. The session concluded with feedback and a vote of thanks delivered by our school teachers, expressing gratitude to the facilitator for an insightful and interactive training experience.
