An educational trip to Ooty and Coonoor was organized from 28th September to 2nd October 2025 for Classes VIII to XII. The trip with 81 students and 13 staff members aimed to promote experiential learning beyond the classroom. Students visited the Tribal Research Centre, Cosmic Ray Laboratory, and Radio Astronomy Centre, where they learned about tribal culture, scientific research, and radio astronomy. Sightseeing included the Botanical Garden, Doddabetta Peak, and Dolphin’s Nose, offering insights into plant diversity, geography, and natural formations. They also visited to tea estates, tea and chocolate factories, and farms helped students understand agricultural practices and production processes. The trip provided valuable exposure to science, culture, and the environment, enhancing students’ knowledge, teamwork, and responsibility.
