Navaratri, one of the most vibrant and significant Hindu festivals, was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Acharya Mahashraman Terapanth Jain Public School from September 22 to October 2, 2025. The celebration aimed to promote cultural values and religious harmony among students. The Kolu included Dasavatharam sets, Lord Krishna and Ganesha idols, and other divine figures. The festivity started with daily poojas, lamp lighting, prayer songs and naivedyam.
The celebration concluded on October 2 with Vijayadashami and the Aksharabhyasam ceremony for newly admitted Pre-KG students. The event beautifully honored the nine forms of Goddess Durga (Navadurga), with each day dedicated to one form.
